| Description | The Civil Code in the article 2290 establishes the tenant’s right to claim absence of the legitimacy of notice. The code distinguishes between legitimacy and validity of the notice. In this article, the author focuses there on the implications of this distinction. The author also will consider other changes resulting from this provision, compared to the previous civil code. The changes consist of a length of the statutory deadline and obligation of the lessee to vacate the apartment. |
