| Description | The discussion paper is focused on the paradoxes of public administration in the area of cyber security. On a model case study of an information system for the management of European projects demonstrates the approach in contrary to current trends in information security. Used platform for electronic signatures (Microsoft Silverlight) is amongst the technologicallyoutdated and "leaky" solution. In addition to security threats lie in short supply constraints and possibilities of the software configuration on the client. |
