| Description | Password on the "Trial of the Workers 'Party" analyzes legal proceedings to dissolve the Workers' Party before the Supreme Administrative Court. The first chapter provides a definition of the political parties and their classification including a description of the development and activities of the Czech extremist scene, especially the Workers' Party. The second chapter focuses on the interpretation of a detailed analysis of national legislation of the issue of formation, operation and dissolution of political parties. The last chapter is devoted to a detailed analysis of the trial during which for the first time in the history of the Czech Republic was authoritatively dissolved political party because of the nature of its activities. |
