Description The paper describes the Adaptation courses, as provided in the Common (inclusive) education. First introduces the development of the very concept of Adaptation courses, then briefly introduces the basic facts about the research that was organized by the team of authors Jirasek, Macku, Parizek. The next section presents the Dramaturgy of experiential courses as a tool for Inclusion; next part describes dramaturgical methods which are used to build and realization of experiential Adaptation courses. Ubsequently, we discussed the findings of research focused on two specific dynamics of Adaptation courses which were based on the principles of Experiential education. The research was conducted between young university students; they have been using Q-methodology to answer the question about the intensity of the experience in activities during the courses they attended. In summary of results, principles supporting the process of inclusion are highlighted and the impact of individual types of activities is also underlined; in a special chapter the role of reflection in this process is described.
