| Description | In the following article I would like to introduce the topic - criminal lia- bility of representatives of cities and municipalities. In recent years the issue has been discussed by professionals and the public more and more. Representatives often have no idea about the consequences of their actions. For this reason in my article I am dealing with general issues of criminal liability of representatives. I mainly analyse two typical crimes which may be committed by the representatives. Subsequently I illustrate the issue through case law and statistics. I complete everything with recommenda- tions for the representatives on how to properly exercise their mandate to avoid criminal sanction. |
