| Description | This article deals with the problem when the transfer of contractual position takes effect according to the legal regulation of assignment of contract provided by the new Civil Code. This article comes to the conclusion that the transfer of contractual position takes effect at the time of concluding the contact of assignment with connection with assent of the other party to the contractual relationship, not at the time of notification of assignment. |
