Description One sided economization of competition law (too much economic approach) distorts its aims to the detriment of protection of competition as a public good. Antitrust in not merely applied microeconomics. Whenever competition is impeded, the rise of disadvantages for consumer is to be feared. EU courts still refer to the competition process as an aim of competition law.
