| Description | Crimes in the transport sector are a very serious type of criminality. Criminality in the transport sector is a phenomenon that has been holding in the first place of overall crime rate in the Czech Republic for many years. Its importance exceeds into many other areas of criminal science. This type of criminality appears to be significant in relation to the victimology. The victims of these crimes are certainly many and their rights may (but may not) have their own specifics. The aim of this article is therefore to provide an analysis of the victims of traffic crimes. |
