| Description | The article offers an insight into the changes the organizational structure of Language Centre of Masaryk University underwent in order to achieve better flexibility. It describes the new model, which is based on the matrix pattern and reasons why the Language Centre decised to adopt it. Analysis of qualitative research in the form of an original typology based on the new model of organizational structure is offered to illustrate staff satisfaction with the changes. |
