Description The objective of the chapter is to show environmental law limitation to economic activities in the Czech Republic. In respect to their application, environmental rules may be devided into 3 stes. The first set is represented by regulation of planning and developmental activities, the second set of rules relates to operational activities and no less importatant is the third set of rules enabling environmental law enforcement. The author aims to show interrelations among these rules in order to ensure their adequate effect. In the second subchapter, the author aims to show, how these rules are applied in the field of the waste management.
