| Description | This article deals with issues of europeisation of criminal law an its possible difficultiess and limits especially in the context of the amendment of criminal law sanctioning of money laundering in the Czech Penal Code. The author analyzes a draft of amendments of the Penal Code that she considers unsuitable example of europeisation of criminal law substantive and a result of the misinterpretation or misunderstanding of current legal regulation by MONEYVAL. |
