Description A two-case study of subjective theories of a novic and an expert teacher aims to identify and analyze the thinking / behavior of these teachers. The teachers' thinking that guids their behaviour in education will be reconstructed according to the methodology of the multidisciplinary Research Program of Subjective Theories (Groeben et al., 1988). Thoughts (subjective theories) that will have influenced the behavior of the teachers will be compared and the conclusions of the comparison will be discussed in the light of expert-teacher's theory (see Gudmunsdottir and Shulman, 1987; Píšová et al., 2013 etc.).
