| Description | The conference was focused on the constitutional protection of property stricto sensu and other property rights.The presented paper on the Security Rights and the Intellectual Property Protection in the Czech Republic was highlighting the issue of constitutional protection of economic and moral rights in the field of intellectual property. Then the author has paid his attention to security rights over intangible assets and analyzed the the issue of the lien over trademarks, as well as other security rights in rem, including cross-border aspects of this problematic. |
