Description The book focuses on the analysis of the specifics of civil proceedings for payment of the bill of exchange. It provides an interpretation that leads the reader to legal action to pay the bill of exchange so as to be the most successful in their procedural position. This publication is ineligible to replace the defense that the parties do not actually have in the proceeding, but it is able to give guidance on how not to impair your procedural position due to ignorance of law or court case law or current decision-making practice. The publication is intended for both professional and lay readers who can readily understand the text of the law and, more importantly, make it through court proceedings to pay a bill of exchange without the need for a thorough knowledge of the case law and interpretation of the law, from the lawyer's point of view has been engaged for over 15 years. The author deals with the issue of the concentration of bills of exchange order proceedings, in terms of precise analysis of their manifestations and implications for the rights and obligations of the parties. Apart from the author's attention, neither the constitutional law level of the bills of exchange will remain. The publication contains a wide-ranging discussion of the issue of burden of proof in the proceedings for payment of the bill of exchange and also contains a large-scale controversy with the current decision-making practice of the courts.
