Description The contribution will focus on the analysis of differences in the regulation of some components of the right to be heard in a broad sense in the Administrative Code, the Law on Minor Offenses and the Criminal Procedure Code. Specifically, the paper will focus on the right to information about the opening of proceedings, changes in the definition of the prosecuted act (and the related changes in the legal qualification) and the oral hearing of the parties. The paper should provide a comparison of the all three process regimes and an assessment of whether there are possible different approaches, if any, legitimate, including the related de lege ferenda considerations.
