| Description | The Crimes Registry belongs to the public registers and contains mainly informations about criminal court convictions. The paper deal with statistical informations held by the Crimes Register and the Ministry of Justice, evaluation of these informations and evaluation of consequences of these informations. On the basis of spent convictions, as reclamation of the integrity of the convicted and destruction of his or her criminal recidivism, the accent is put on the performance of punishment and certification during the trial period. |
