| Description | The paper focuses on the question arising in the area of the artificial intelligence while analyzing the liability for a copyright infringement. Considering the increase of the use of the artificial intelligence in the process of creating a copyrighted work, it is crucial to analyze the potential copyright infringement in such a creative process and the liability regime that would be applied in that case. Therefore, it is important to analyze the type of liability, liable entities as well as the current and ideal solution to the questions of compensation for damages while reflecting the character and potential of the artificial intelligence. In the first part, the paper will present the main questions arising in this problematic. In the second part, the current solution of such the questions will be presented, which will be followed by the third part with presentation of the ideal model of solution. |
