| Description | In administrative judiciary there are situations where it may not be clear which type of action in administrative justice to use in defense against specific administrative act. The article (part 1) attempts to demonstrate that the difficulty in determining the appropriate type of action also applies to the case law of the Supreme Administrative Court, in particular in connection with an (ongoing) issue of judicial review of approvals issued under the Building Act. |
