| Description | The article deals with the boundaries between the completing and tranformation od statutory law in the course of judicial decision-making. It shows on the example of the Act of the free access to documents how the judicial case-law is able to erode the individual provisions of the Act. In the following parts the article presents the criticism of the case-law dealinf with the different spheres of the right to information. |
