| Description | The article deals with a theoretical basis of alternative solving of criminal cases, then assesses current practice of application of procedural alternatives (diversions) and finally considers changes de lege ferenda, most of which were materialized in the joint legislative proposal to amend the Code of Criminal Procedure created by the Supreme Court and the Prosecutor General's Office. |
