| Description | With the entry into force Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (the General Regulation on the protection of personal data) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") , increased awareness of the need to ensure the proper handling of personal data. One of the institutes to which increased attention is paid by personal data controllers and processors is the institute of a contract on the processing of personal data. |
