| Description | The fundamental property of the device consists of a unique configuration of dielectric barrier discharge electrode system which enables the stabile generation of electrical plasma in water vapour. The advantage of such configuration lies in its simplicity and scalability of the device. The product of plasma activation is plasma-activated water vapour with active particles (hydrogen peroxide) applicable for surface treatment, cleaning, decontamination and sterilisation of thermo-sensitive materials. The device for plasma activation of water vapour uses the electrical plasma without any additional chemicals |
