| Description | Bees are with regards to their usefulness usually seen as environmental component, which needs to be protected through legislation. There can be, however, also secondary influences of apiary, notably construction and usage of beekeeping facilities. One of the means of environmental protection are binding opinions, which are issued by involved authorities. The paper deals with the opinions, which could have influence on placing, building and using of beekeeping facilities in non-urban areas |
