| Description | The paper deals with issues related to the operation of a stable camera system by the municipal police, whose main function is the recording of offenses consisting of driving “on the red”. In addition to the legal framework for the operation of CCTV by municipal police, the paper elaborates on the current decision-making practice of administrative courts on this issue, in particular in relation to such a recorded record as eligible evidence in the offense proceedings. At the end of the paper the author offers reflections de lege ferenda. |
