| Description | The text deals with the issue of a type of work that is to be performed by the employee for the employer as an essential requirement of an employment contract in the sense of the Labour Code, with particular emphasis on a very specific (and by legal doctrine nowadays mostly undealt) area of the world’s oldest profession – an onerous perfor-mance of erotic (sexual) services. Because of stated reasons it analyses the subject matter (even though controversial, yet still highly practical) from the view of labour law as well as further factors. |
