| Description | This publication will deal with praetorian law, which was one of the main sources of Roman law. It was through ius honorarium that the relatively rigid ius civile could be adapted to changing social conditions. This publication is incapable of capturing the ius civile as a whole, however, it may least partly provide an image of its meaning. |
