| Description | The article evaluates the possibility of entrepreneurs to demand protective function of the above-said institutes of private law. Particular attention is given to the relation of general private law correctives concerning content justness and special provision, which excludes entrepreneurs from protection against usury and lesion. Moreover, the article tends to highlight modern approaches emerging in foreign legal orders and European soft law. |
