Description In the article, the author deals with whether it is appropriate and necessary to accept zero tolerance of alcohol when riding a bicycle. Due to the many events in which alcohol is consumed almost while cycling, as well as the fact that consumers often drink beer on bike paths before riding a bike, according to the author, it is necessary to change the view of intolerance to a lower level of alcohol. Experience shows that it is not necessary to adhere to zero tolerance for alcohol when riding a bicycle where this usually happens. As for the view through the eyes of threatening offenses, the author considers whether cycling on the cycle path under the influence of alcohol can fulfill the characteristics of a threatening offense.
