| Description | The theoretical doctrine is constantly trying to find an answer to a complex issue of AI’s creations’ copyright protection. Such an issue is still relevant in the view of the evolving options of artificial intelligence. One of the ways of protection is also related to the concept of so-called meta-creativity, i.e. the creativity of an artificial intelligence, or its creations. This concept is based on the idea of distinguishing between the human creativity and the creativity of machines. With regard to that, it is necessary to think about how the Czech legal system is able to work with such a concept and what are the possibilities of protecting the meta-creativity in its context. |
