| Description | The paper deals with electronic evidence, its role in criminal proceedings and, most importantly, the question of provision of electronic evidence in criminal proceedings. The author briefly defines these legal instruments and then also deals with the process of their provision itself, storage and handling of electronic evidence, especially for some selected types of them. In conclusion, the author also discusses ways of accessing the media on which electronic evidence is captured. |
