Description Acne inversa is a chronic recurrent inflammation of apocrine sweat glands in combination with dysregulation of the immune system. This disease is better known under the name hidradenitis suppurativa. The inflammatory and many times also painful lesions (abscesses, nodules, sinuses, etc.) are usually indicated for surgical treatment, which often requires plastic reconstruction for larger defects. Complications such as wound dehiscence, prolonged healing of skin transplant with a risk of wound transition into a chronic one may occur despite the correct execution of the surgical treatment. In our case report we focused on the need for a multidisciplinary approach in the causal treatment of extensive defects of this disease. In our case, the correctly set systemic and biological treatment helped to heal complicated chronic perianogenital defect.
