| Description | This report is a review of the publication named Veterinary act. Practical comment issued last year by Wolters Kluwer ČR in edition Practical comment. It’s comment to act no. 166/1999 Coll., on veterinary care and changing some related acts in legal state to 29. 3. 2019. The report is structurally divided to paragraphs, which are devoted to introduction, positives and negatives of publication and conclusion. Among positives, there are listed structure, brevity, lucidity and clarifi cation of contradictions of veterinary act and others. Among negatives, there are listed absence of case-law or administrative decisions and repeating some interpretations. Conclusion of this report is prevailing of positives and benefi t of reading reviewed publication. |
