| Description | This contribution deals with comparison of adopting and issuing of two legal instruments of Czech legal order within the administrative law realization. It is generally binding ordinary and general nature measure as specific instrument which is not an administrative regulation nor an administrative decision. The comparison is focused on position of affected persons and authorities and procedure of issuing of both legal instruments. The contribution also contains comparison with Slovak legal regulation of similar legal tools if there are any. |
