| Description | The webinar presentation provided a broader reflection on the role of courts in the COVID-19 pandemic. I argued that the COVID-19 pandemic represents a critical juncture for the judiciary as it questions its very role in the emergency governance, problematizes its operation, and exacerbates pre-existing problems such as the rule of law backsliding. |
