| Description | The process of police authority investigating economic crimes before initiation of a criminal proceeding is very different especially with the regard to the uncertainty of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The work tried to introduce the correct steps which are following the legal acts, the purpose of the criminal proceeding, and corresponding to the primal stage of the procedure. |
