| Description | New Act on foreign investment control is another aspect that must be considered in transactions with foreign elements (not only from the perspective of notification obligation). Although the notification obligation is imposed on a foreign investor, the consequences of its breach may reach other parties as well. In doubts, optional notification seems to be a good tool. |
