| Description | In addition to the content of education and its mediation by museum staff, the focus of museum education activities is on the entire wide range of museum audiences. For defining and effectively working with individual psychological and pedagogical disciplines and concepts that it applies to the specific environment of museum institutions. The individual sections of this chapter, through key concepts and professional aspects, therefore define the specifics of the target groups of the museum audience in terms of psychological development and health status and characterize the main groups of museum visitors, the role of lifelong learning and its forms, as well as individual levels of formal education. |
