Description The professional conduct of museum educators is based on museum pedagogical qualifications, including knowledge of the theory of museum didactics and pedagogical-psychological aspects of working with individual audience groups and acquired professional skills. The museum educator strengthens these mainly by improving his communication and teaching skills and in the implementation of educational activities in his practice. The individual sections of the chapter focus on the specifics and pitfalls of education and communication with individual target groups according to age or specific educational needs, as well as general principles that can be used to adapt the museum environment, facilities for visitors and access to museum staff to make the museum experience. and the visitor's satisfaction from visiting the museum and personal communication was as optimal as possible. The last section of the chapter draws attention to the specifics of communication with the visitor with problem behavior and possible crisis and conflict situations that may occur in museum practice.
