In the introduction, the author outlined the most important principles of the criminal process, and further described the theoretical definition framework of the institute of the factual situation in criminal case. She has also focused on defining the complex area of digital evidence and tried to practically reflect the specifics of digital evidence in the level of proving and apply them gradually to the phase of securing evidence, examining, proving and evaluating digital data in practice, including taking into account certain circumstances that may potentially defend effective use of digital evidence. |
