Description In the presentation, the connection between European Huns and Asian Siung-nu was proved. The situation after their arrival in Europe was depicted. Whereas the Western Roman Empire was using the Huns for almost forty years as the allies, in the Eastern Empire, the Huns plundered and pillaged. The degree of damages in both parts of the Roman Empire is analyzed, as well as the reasons for the survival of Byzantium. The Huns' culture and the organization of Huns' society were described as well.
