| Description | In the publication, the author deals with individual issues of cybercrime, from acquaintance with basic concepts, through development and partial general topics to specific topics. The primary attention of the publication is to be directed to the current state of cybercrime in Slovenia, while the author proceeds systematically in acquainting the reader with the individual typical aspects of cybercrime, both from a criminal and criminological point of view. The author tries to reflect the legislative solutions adopted in Slovenia, within the Council of Europe or the European Union. |
