| Description | The present artricle is a response to the fourth edition of the Swiss Foundation Code that was published in Switzerland and presents the essence and meaning of such a "code of conduct". Against the background of broader considerations about foundation governance, the article summarizes the reasons why it is appropriate to create and use a similar foundation code in the Czech legal environment. |
