| Description | Workshop for practising psychologists who have long forgotten the foundations of statistics they acquired in school but still want to enjoy reading psychological research reports. The workshop shows how to read results sections of journal articles, introduces basic statistics, tests and models that are commonly used - from correlations to structural equation models. It would not be enough for critical reading but it should be a sufficient base for understanding the gist of the results. The workshop is intended for for beginners who have taken some statistics course in the past. |
