| Description | The publication focuses on the regulatory and incentive functions of waste charges according to the legal regulation as of 1 October 2020. It analyses the local municipal waste charge, the municipal waste charge under the Waste Act and the contractual system for municipal waste. It also briefly mentions other waste charges. The publication also includes a basic analysis of generally binding ordinances of selected towns of the South Moravian Region to analyse the potential of the circular economy, namely Znojmo, Mikulov, Kyjov, Boskovice and other selected municipalities and towns of the South Moravian Region. |
