| Description | The paper presented the constraints and challenges of work-family reconciliation for both employees with caring responsibilities and their employers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Real-life experiences of employers implementing family-friendly measures were presented. The paper also discussed the different ways in which employers innovated the classic tools to promote work-family balance or came up with completely new measures during this time. |
