| Description | The article deals with the development of the precarium and commodatum in the framework of the recodification efforts of the ABGB, which took place mainly between 1918 and 1938 in Czechoslovak Republic. The purpose of the article is to provide a comprehensive overview of the individual outcomes of the normative development (Drafts of Civil Code) within the framework of the above-mentioned recodification tendencies in relation to the relevant obligations. The article first discusses the legislative work in a general way, with an emphasis on precarium and commodatum. Article then discusses the actual development of individual legal texts. |
