| Description | „Future sense" is a book by Malcolm Parlett opening principles of Gestalt Therapy to a broader audience (education, organizations etc.). Parlett introduces „five abilities for future world", that for an esence of creative adjustment and lead towards „artistry of life" that is creative and spontaneous. 1. self-recoignizing 2. interrelating 3. responding 4. embodiment 5. experiment Parlett supports the idea that it is possible and desirable to cultivate our ability to adjust creatively. For us, improv and drama are a safe, experimental playground, and at the same time a „gym" of creative adjustment. Therefore, we offer a workshop where we introdukce how we can cultivate our artisty of life via improv and understand the process in the Gestalt therapeutic framework. We believe that cultivating the ability to adjust creatively is one of the possible answers to societal and environmental changes we face in the present world. |
