| Description | This article focuses on some of the implications of the application of a shareholder’s right to information (§ 357 ZOK) in connection with the executive remuneration. The question is, if the denial to provide the information about compensation on an individual basis is legitimate. Main arguments, specifically solicitation of employees and personal data protection are analysed in detail. |
