| Description | November 15 2022, is the day when the world population reached 8 billion, according to the UN. At this opportunity, this presentation discusses the current size of the human population, its further anticipated growth and especially the necessity of its degrowth to a long-term sustainable size, currently estimated somewhere around 3 billion human beings. The presentation further discusses and proclaims the ethical measures for this problem, namely the need for contraception, education and empowerment, environmental education and reproductive ethics. |
