| Description | In the article, the author summarizes the results of the reform of the electoral system to the Chamber of Deputies, which took place following the judgement of Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic, Pl. ÚS 44/17 of 2 February 2021. The author also observes how the new electoral system subsequently manifested itself in the elections to the Chamber of Deputies, held on October 8-9, 2021, as well as the judicial review of these elections.
